TRT® Expanded Classes:  In order to extend the knowledge received at the Stress Management using TRT® courses, monthly we organize a meeting for the alumni of the course. The meeting is free of charge and is open to all of the 1st and 2nd degree in TRT® graduated students. The TRT® Expanded Classes have the following program: Presentation of a health or human performance problem: global evaluation of the problem; how to prevent its installation in our families, and at our workplace; how to counteract the problem using the instrument learn during the course in cooperation with the medical and psychological procedures applied by qualified personal.   Presentation and discussion of some alumni's personal experiences of using the methods and instruments learn during the course.   Answers to the alumni’s questions regarding various topics of the implementation of the stress management course.
